Why I chose the path of Bodywork?
Every path has a precise beginning and mine started over fifteen years ago, born from a deep personal need to share a passion and a lifelong journey of discovery: How can the human body truly heal? I started this path because I felt a profound calling to understand how to truly relate to our physical form, how to welcome the discomfort and the uneasiness of certain sensations or emotions and how to enable people to connect with the greatest potential we have inside us with all the simplicity possible. I needed to comprehend how and why our brain and our mind manage situations in a certain way and how, through the physical form, we can read these messages and go beyond them.
We live in a deeply dissociated society, driven by a frantic rhythm of life that makes us lose our faith. This lack of self-listening and connection with others is leading to a world afflicted by new pathologies. This work is my personal answer to that disconnection. It is the purpose that drives me to live life intensely and with joy, to bring something beautiful to the world, something useful that carries a profound meaning.
To bring this vision into reality, I traveled to Japan (Kyoto) and China (Jingdezhen), where I first met the local communities. By entering into deep contact with their societies, listening to their unique modern struggles and understanding their specific blocks, I felt inspired to develop a tailor-made approach to support them in the best, most direct way possible, transmitting only the essential and most useful information to help them navigate back to their essence. This is the heart of Intuitive Body. It’s my vocation to sustain society and I’ll do more and more retreats about this topic in the future.
This method moves beyond conventional technique to become something more then bodywork: more than just a treatment, a journey far and within. It is an invitation to reconnect, to listen deeply and to open the space for transformation to happen naturally. The body is inherently intelligent and knows perfectly how to regenerate itself once the perfect terrain is recreated. This workshop is for the seeker of truth who wishes to live in simple happiness and act as a breeze of freedom and love in this world. Our purpose is to communicate with the person in every aspect, enabling them to read the messages the body sends through pain and posture.
This philosophy is not meant to remain abstract, it demands a physical space to be tested, felt, and integrated. The Intuitive Body is an open invitation to step into a somatic laboratory designed to translate these universal truths into the language of the tissues. It is an exploration that moves intentionally beyond conventional massage or routine manipulation to become an immersive journey of somatic awakening.
When you step into this retreat, we work intimately with three primary pillars:
-
Mapping internal awareness (Interoception): We shift our focus inward, learning to use the viscera, organs and joints as a living compass, understanding that our internal state and emotions are directly comprehended through the body. While we often seek external solutions because entering our own discomfort can feel like a heavy burden, it is only by embracing this process that we can truly heal and become independent. By leaning directly into areas of physical strain or emotional blockage rather than fleeing from them, we establish an inner space of profound welcoming where the act of feeling starts and true regeneration begins.

-
The power of void and resonance: We explore the therapeutic space created when the practitioner enters a state of emptiness and disidentification. By grounding ourselves through shared diaphragmatic breathing, we quiet the nervous system, allowing the body to become a sacred mirror where deep emotional material can surface and dissolve without judgment.

- Releasing the wisdom of the tissue: We work directly with the muscular-tendinous meridians and deep trigger points where the nervous system holds onto protective defenses and stagnant stress. By testing, touching and mindfully listening to these somatic crossroads, we liberate the energy flow and guide the body back to its unrestricted, original essence.

The ultimate goal of this retreat is to hand you the essential tools to independently decode the precise messages your body communicates through posture and pain.
The root of discomfort
Often, the condition of discomfort arises directly from an escape from the responsibilities tied to self-listening. Without this inner listening, the natural duty of mothering oneself and acting with consistency becomes an inevitable burden that many seek to avoid. Few people truly choose to listen to themselves with the sole purpose of growing and knowing themselves. Yet, what purpose would we have in life if not to have a profound and intense experience of what happens to us?
When discomfort is avoided, it inevitably manifests as physical pain or symptoms. Through the body, the psyche and the emotional sphere, the relationship with oneself makes its presence felt with greater force. It is an inescapable process, one finds themselves having to settle the accounts with the consequences and signals of life.
In today’s society, we constantly seek distractions through sensory games that distance us from our own feeling. Addictions to phones, alcohol, or the flight from the body through the use of painkillers are attempts to “not feel.” But in this incarnation, the bill is always presented. This is where suffering enters the frame, a stubborn, persistent signal that drastically alters the quality of our daily lives. Faced with this scenario, two paths open up:
-
Listening to oneself until accepting and dissolving this vicious cycle through profound welcoming.
-
Continuing to avoid until colliding with actual illnesses.
In this approach, we use pain as a tool for change.
This allows us to change our approach to life with infinite love, moving away from external references or social guidelines that prevent us from enjoying every aspect of existence. By accessing this state through benevolent acceptance and surrender, it becomes simple to let go of the attachment to a self-image shaped by trauma or the need to move in conformity with a sick society.

The truckload of manure
To deeply understand this choice, we can reflect on a famous story by Australian Buddhist monk Ajahn Brahm. He compares trauma and life’s inevitable hardships to a truckload of manure dumped unexpectedly right in front of your house.
In this situation you have two choices: the first is to complain, obsess over the smell, and carry pockets of dung everywhere to show others, which only leaves you bitter and miserable, the second choice is to accept the situation, grab a shovel and dig that manure into your garden, where it eventually transforms into a rich fertilizer that produces beautiful flowers and delicious fruit. Ultimately, we cannot stop the trucks of tragedy from dumping pain at our doorstep, but we can choose to use that garbage as fertilizer to grow deep wisdom, compassion, and inner strength.
This story perfectly illustrates the treatment path. Pain is the manure dumped at our doorstep. We can carry it with us as a bitter identity, or we can choose to do the inner work, pick up the shovel and compost it through deep welcoming.

The opportunity of pain
In our approach, the treatment uses pain explicitly as a tool for change, a way to access a state of interoception through benevolent acceptance and surrender. Pain is not a punishment! It’s a holy opportunity to reconnect with ourselves. When we face physical or emotional pain, we are being given a sacred doorway to stop running and return home to our true nature. We must feel a sense of profound gratitude for this opportunity, because without this stubborn signal, we would remain asleep, lost in external distractions.
By seeking within us through this discomfort, we can discover the divine. The answers are never outside. We must completely trust the process and open ourselves to whatever arises. Only by breaking open our defenses can we really start to live life with genuine simplicity and joy.

Dis-identification
For the seeker, the path requires a state of disidentification. By entering a state of emptiness, the practitioner creates the necessary space for the expression of the patient. In this space, we discover the power of giving as a multiplication of wellbeing, as we offer our presence, we receive it back intensified as a greater release.
The resonance that occurs when we are entirely relaxed and in listening is the most natural healing power. Without intention, but with pure presence of soul, we perceive the other without judgment. We use diaphragmatic breathing to root ourselves and encourage the patient to do the same, regulating the parasympathetic nervous system so that energy can flow freely.
This work addresses the muscular tendinous meridians and trigger points, specific areas where the body accumulates stress and where emotions often fail to flow. These points carry a great wisdom. When they are tested and listened to, they facilitate a profound evolution, leading us back to our original essence.
The body of the other becomes a mirror and a sacred opportunity to access our own depths. We realize that being fully present in someone else’s process brings an incredible sense of pleasure and fulfillment, proving that the work is only effective when we ourselves are in a state of total relaxation and joy.

The myth of Chiron
To understand the origin of this path, we must look at the archetype of Chiron, the wounded healer. My path showed me that entering our own discomfort can feel like a heavy burden, but it is the only way to truly heal and finally become independent.
The body wants to communicate what is happening through the viscera, the joints and the glands. It acts simultaneously as a map and a compass for going within.
Chiron was the wisest of the centaurs, a gentle and learned soul who walked a path of justice and healing far removed from the wild, untamed nature of his kin. He stands as an ancient teacher of heroes, a master of medicine and the arts, whose existence was defined by the profound irony of being a healer who could not mend his own fate. The story of Chiron begins with an accidental strike from a poisoned arrow, a piercing moment of raw, persistent ache that forever tethered his immortality to a life of searing intensity. This wound acts as a mirror for the parts of ourselves that feel broken or permanently marked, forcing a departure from the vanity of being perfect toward a deep, honest Acceptance where we stop fighting our own nature and start listening to the wisdom hidden within the pain.
The symbolism of the bleeding arrow represents the cycle of trauma healing through emotional integration. When we reject and hate our pain, the friction of psychological resistance acts like a blade twisting the arrow inside the flesh, amplifying the suffering and causing the blood to pour out. Gradually accepting the wound means stopping our fight against the inevitable, by immobilizing the arrow, the mind calms down and the emotional bleeding decreases. Finally, welcoming the trauma means integrating it into one’s own story, the wound heals and scars around the arrow, which ceases to be a hostile foreign object and transforms into a hardened scar, turning the original pain into wisdom and therapeutic power.
We have the opportunity to choose to be a Seeker of truth. It is our decision to take this responsibility and go deeper in us. When we choose this path, all our life will change, it will be much more colorful and beautiful. Once you start to go deeper and see the subconscious, you cannot go back anymore. It is a responsibility for this humanity to be coherent, to bring love with us.
It is through this quiet integration that Chiron evolves, moving beyond the struggle to a state of welcoming, where he stops seeing his agony as an intruder and starts viewing it as the very quality that makes him a bridge for others. By finally choosing to trade his own existence to set Prometheus free, he shows us that our deepest burdens are not meant to be discarded, instead, they are the catalysts that allow us to step into our true mission, creating a life that serves as a light for others and weaves our individual stories into a larger, meaningful constellation of healing.
We already have all the solutions within us, but we look for them outside because looking inside is uncomfortable. By choosing to stay present within the theater of inner feeling, the complete regeneration of the self starts with the basic act of feeling and creating an inner space of welcoming. When we cross through the pain and welcome it with total love, we transform it. We perceive its meaning as a divine message, the knots dissolve and everything in life takes on a profound sense.

God helps those who help themselves
This active choice to pick up the shovel brings us to a fundamental cosmic law: God helps those who help themselves. Sacred or divine support is not a passive gift that drops from the sky while we refuse to move. It is a reciprocal resonance. To receive the ultimate support of life, we must first assume the responsibility of our own healing journey. When we actively choose to face our pain, trust the process and open ourselves completely to look within, the divine force moves to meet us.
It is precisely by helping ourselves navigate through our darkest discomforts that we unlock the true meaning of life. Once we have done this work, we understand how to truly help others. We don’t help by preaching or forcing change, we help by simply standing as an authentic example. Our healed presence and our high vibration naturally inspire others to pick up their own shovels and begin their transformation.
The true lightness we all search for does not come from avoiding reality, but from Love and from welcoming the absolute essence of life exactly as it is.
We are not walking this path blindly. Each one of us is born with a unique light, a specific star that serves as our personal compass. This star represents the true mission of your life, it is the constant seeking of your own unique sense of living, a guide that points directly to what is truly nourishing your soul.
Our purpose on this earth is to find this inner star and keep an eye on it, never letting the frantic distractions of the world pull our gaze away. When a seeker dares to look inside, face their discomfort and listen to the silent language of the body, they align themselves with this light.
By following your star, you discover how to bring something deeply useful and meaningful to humanity. It is through this absolute focus on your soul’s truth, while melting your internal knots and serving others, that you embody your role in a grander design. In this exact space of total dedication, when we surrender control, look toward our guiding light and trust the process, we can truly perceive and feel the actual experience of sacred, divine support.

This retreat is warmly open to everyone. It is born from a sincere desire to sustain and serve society, dedicating its focus to meet the unique, specific needs of each community it touches.
