The Harmony of Being

Postural BioSomatic is a therapeutic approach I’ve developed, a blend of my experiences and insights over the years. It’s built on a simple yet profound idea: true wellness comes when body, mind, and energy are in sync. I offer a path to rediscover that harmony, inviting you to explore your body and spark its natural ability to heal, often through the power of “non-doing.”

Primordial Intelligence

Like a musician tuning their instrument, I tune into the subtle rhythms of your energy during sessions. These energetic frequencies, ranging from quick pulses to long, flowing waves, hold information unique to you. Through careful listening and a quiet presence, we work together to unlock patterns that block your energy’s natural flow, frequently by embracing “non-action.”

My journey has shown me that energy isn’t just an idea; it’s a living intelligence that runs through everything. When we align with this energy, we tap into a deep, primal wisdom that guides our bodies towards balance. Postural BioSomatic becomes a journey of self-discovery, where you explore emotions and tensions, finding greater wholeness through the power of “non-doing.”

The Art of Wu Wei

Postural BioSomatic is gentle, respectful. Instead of forcing change, I work intuitively with your body, emphasizing “non-action.” For instance, if a muscle is tight, I might encourage it to contract further, allowing it to find a position of release and return to its natural state. This approach, rooted in the principle of “acting without acting” (wu wei), requires a still, observant presence, letting your body self-correct.

Well-being isn’t just physical. It’s emotional and energetic too. In Postural BioSomatic, we explore how emotions shape your physical state. This awareness helps release tension and deepens your connection to yourself, often through moments of “non-doing.”

Postural BioSomatic acknowledges that life’s stages shape us. From birth onward, experiences leave imprints on our well-being. By observing your posture and emotions, I create a connection based on trust, facilitating healing through a foundation of “non-action.”

Returning to the Source

Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Itsuo Tsuda, Postural BioSomatic embraces the principle of “non-doing.” It’s about letting go of force, of pushing, and instead, allowing things to unfold naturally. It’s like the idea in Aikido, “when someone pulls, I go with them; when someone pushes, I go with them.” It’s about yielding, about finding strength in softness.

Reclaiming Our Natural State

“Returning to the source” is about reconnecting with our most natural, unburdened state. It’s about shedding the layers of tension, the “dirt” we’ve accumulated along the way. It’s about finding that fresh energy, that sense of freedom we had when we were “new.” For adults, this journey involves understanding how we arrived at our current state, retracing our steps to find that original lightness.

Resting and recharging, when we “return to the source,” we tap into our body’s involuntary wisdom. We allow it to rest, to recharge, to rediscover its natural potential. It’s about simplifying, about recognizing our essential needs, and moving towards them. It’s not about rigid rules, but about finding what truly nourishes us.

The Body’s Own Expression

In a way, Postural BioSomatic is like a form of self-psychoanalysis. It’s about exploring the unconscious, but not just mentally. It’s a physical exploration too. Instead of relying on someone else’s analysis, we let our bodies speak, finding our own answers from within. It’s a path of self-responsibility, of reclaiming our own power.

Finding strength in simplicity. Postural BioSomatic is a “path of deprivation,” not acquisition. It’s about letting go of the unnecessary, the “more,” and finding ourselves in the “less.” It’s about stripping away the layers, the masks, and revealing our true selves. It’s about finding strength in vulnerability, like the strength of a newborn, or the quiet power of a woman. It’s about being loved for who we are, not for what we project. It’s about finding peace in simplicity.

The True Essence of Being

Postural BioSomatic guides us to embrace our essence. This means shifting our focus from constant striving and external validation to simply being present. It’s not about demonstrating something to others through what we say, do, or show, but about simply existing in our authentic state. It’s fundamental to actualize our potential by moving beyond pure rationality and following our instinct, for the body inherently knows the path to our evolution. Everything is in constant flux; we can control nothing but our discipline to live and connect with ourselves. It’s about trusting that life provides us with the precise experiences needed to develop parts of ourselves. By simply opening our hearts and loving our essence and ourselves, we can flow naturally, much like Winnie the Pooh. This journey encourages us to simplify the mind and just follow the wave of life.
