The Flow of Qi: 人

  /

Reaching Humanity and the Superior Connection

We now turn our attention to the final, and perhaps most transcendent, aspect of Mitsudomoe Touch of Resonance: Humanity (Jin). This element represents our connection to the divine, our resonance with the natural flow of life and the inherent potential for self-healing that resides within each of us. It is a pathway to equilibrium, a state of peace and lightness, facilitated by the sensitivity of listening through the power of visualization and breathwork.

Humanity (Jin): The Divine Connection and Natural Flow  Humanity

Humanity (Jin) is about recognizing our place in the grand tapestry of existence. It acknowledges that we are not isolated beings, but interconnected threads in the fabric of life. This connection to the divine, the universal energy that flows through all things, is the source of our innate healing power.

This aspect of Mitsudomoe Touch of Resonance emphasizes the importance of aligning ourselves with the natural flow of life. Just as the swirling commas of the Mitsudomoe represent the dynamic movement of energy, we too must learn to move with the rhythms of nature. This involves releasing the tension and resistance that block our flow, allowing our Qi, our vital energy, to move freely.

The Sensitivity of Listening

The sensitivity of listening, a core principle of Mitsudomoe, is paramount in the journey through Humanity (Jin). It is not just about listening to the body’s physical sensations, but also to the subtle whispers of the soul. This requires a deep sense of presence, a willingness to quiet the mind and open the heart.

By cultivating this sensitivity, we can bring our being into a state of equilibrium, akin to a pure heart in the sky. This state of inner balance is characterized by peace, lightness and a deep sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.

Tools for Transformation

Visualization and breathwork are powerful tools that facilitate the journey through Humanity (Jin). Visualization allows us to create mental images of healing and harmony, guiding our energy towards these desired states. Breathwork, on the other hand, allows us to regulate our nervous system, calm the mind and deepen our connection to the present moment.

These techniques are not merely exercises; they are gateways to a deeper understanding of ourselves. By engaging with visualization and breathwork, we can tap into our innate healing potential and cultivate a sense of inner peace and lightness.

Reconnecting

Humanity (Jin) is a journey of reconnecting with our authentic selves, our true essence. It is about releasing the layers of conditioning and societal expectations that have obscured our inner light. By allowing our Qi to flow unimpeded, we can experience a profound sense of lightness and freedom.

This reconnection is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process. It requires a commitment to self-awareness, self-compassion and a willingness to embrace our vulnerability.

The Intelligence of Energy

My listening, the awareness of the energetic substrate that animates our physical being, is also a recognition of the various rhythms that flow through us. The treatment occurs in an indefinite space-time, guided by the rhythm I impart through my movements.

The rhythm, or frequency, carries information. Tuning into these frequencies allows me, as a pure observer, to help release repetitive patterns that hinder the flow of information. Energy is a form of intelligence, influenced by the brain, the seat of consciousness.

Energy is not just an impersonal force; it is a consciousness, an invisible life within the visible life. Materiality arises from energy, an intelligent energy that originates from the Universal Mind.

This energy enables self-correction, provided we maintain a neutral and observant presence. Distraction can disrupt this process.

The body’s intelligence can be understood through the metaphor of electricity. Like electricity powering various appliances, energy animates the body, allowing organs to function.

In humans, the neocortex, the seat of conscious thought, adds complexity. A pure and ordered mind is essential for receiving and translating higher intelligence.

Energy, in its neutrality, not only animates life but also carries information, guiding evolution. Energizing water, for example, allows it to carry information.

Openness is fundamental. This process occurs in everyone, but in some it manifests as altruism. We have the choice to live for ourselves or to contribute to a higher consciousness. This is the essence of free will.

The Purification of Mind

The phenomenon of purifying our mind, or the brain as a tool for processing thoughts, is defined by frequencies. Frequencies are vibrations. Tuning into these frequencies allows us to connect with various information streams. Our brain is a radio with vast tuning potential.

To tune into a specific frequency, we must eliminate disruptive frequencies, such as habits, fears, anxieties. This allows us to perceive higher or subtler frequencies. There should be no interference, not even psychological or character-based.

The purer we are, the better we can receive frequencies that we then transmit through words or actions. Just as a radio tuned to a specific program delivers information that was previously just vibrations in the ether.

Einstein, for example, was potentially like everyone else. He was defined as intelligent by what he transmitted to society, but intelligence is not owned by anyone. It is neutral and perceived as “wow, intelligence!” by others. Otherwise, he might be considered foolish, which is another paradox because no one is inherently foolish or intelligent. It’s all relative.

By freeing ourselves from personal interferences, we can connect with frequencies that bring specific information to ourselves and others, depending on our needs or interests. Nothing is precluded; we can know virtually everything. But to do this, we must exercise our free will, which is the universal tool of freedom.

There are further implications. We own nothing and existence is illusory. Intelligence comes from the Universe as information that improves the quality of a person’s condition. But intelligence is not tangible; it is an impulse.

If the level of impulses is very high, the information we receive is elevated. To receive, decipher, and transmit this information, our mind must vibrate at the same frequency or a compatible one.

We are merely instruments for receiving and transmitting information. We are also impulses, made of vibrations. Our essence is the primordial sound that constantly underlies our physical existence. We are made of countless frequencies and vibrations, some dense and others ethereal.

When we are told that everything is illusion, the veil of Maya, it is a poetic description of this phenomenon of vibration that permeates all creation. The universe is composed of infinite vibrations, which together allow for this variety of manifestations, from the most luminous to the most opaque. Everything manifests and transforms through vibration.

Nothing belongs to us and we are nothing in the sense that we are not intelligent or foolish or brilliant. Intelligence, as intuitions, explanations, information, is just an infinite variety of vibrations. To perceive it, we must also be vibrations. We are not much more substantial than our reflection in a mirror. Light and sound are our essence.
